Person Specification
As PPC Executive you will have responsibility for auditing, setting up, managing and optimising our clients’ PPC / Paid Social campaigns, liaising with the client, as well as offering support to the PPC Manager, assisting with reporting, sales and performance analysis.
The main accountabilities
- Day to day management of PPC / Paid Social campaigns;
- Delivering optimisation based on a variety of KPIs and ensuring PPC accounts achieve appropriate ROI results and meet key business objectives;
- Able to independently manage workloads within agreed time frames, run optimisation plans to maximise service levels and client retention;
- Developing, implementing and optimising highly innovative paid search tests to improve channel performance;
- Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and latest paid search innovations and demonstrating how these can be incorporated into the PPC / Paid Social strategy;
- Collecting and interpreting performance data and competitor reviews. Providing actionable recommendations to senior management;
- Client management including regular and comprehensive KPI reporting, phone calls, meetings and video conferencing;
- Independently organising, delivering and presenting client meetings;
- Maintaining the company’s high client retention rate by developing and fostering long lasting client relationships, often at senior levels within the client’s business;
- The ability to build a great understanding of the client’s products and business proposition;
- Commercial awareness.
Essential Skills
- Strong hands-on PPC and Paid Social experience;
- Experienced with Google AdWords Search Network & Google Analytics;
- Exceptional attention to detail & performance-driven;
- Good written, analytical & verbal communication skills;
- Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team;
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and ability to meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
- Agency working experience;
- Client-facing experience;
- Shopping and display network experience.
