Our approach focused on making DHL content easy to surface, understand, and reference across both traditional search and AI-powered results. This included expanding and optimising international destination pages, strengthening technical foundations for crawlers, and enriching content with clear, factual information such as country details and shipping guidance.

This AI-focussed work achieved brilliant results, increasing LLM referral traffic by 121% and AI Overview mentions by 108%.

How a Targeted SEO Approach Beat Big Competition

In the highly saturated office furniture industry, outranking established brick-and-mortar competitors or national names like Ikea is unlikely. So, we devised a plan to help Office Reality gain rankings without trying to take on industry titans directly, by focusing on ranking above direct B2B competitors of a similar niche and size instead.

Therefore, targeting more specific, long-tail B2B keywords was the most effective way forward, as these were something the large competition was not targeting. As a way to both help Office Reality achieve those increased organic rankings and insert those long-tail keywords, we focused on the category pages.

We were able to optimise around 50 pages in total, and because of this, saw 105 keywords jump to within the top 3 positions!

LGC, a leading player in the life sciences sector, sought to enhance their understanding of online customers, boost global growth, and develop a loyal customer base. The aim was to increase transaction revenue through paid search while nurturing long-term customer relationships, with a global outlook.

We analysed past performance, identified key audience demographics and reorganised campaigns for global expansion. We then restructured the campaigns based on key sectors and regions, matching each region to the most relevant landing page.

Our strategic approach saw a revenue increase of 97.5%, a transaction increase of 74.9% and a ROAS of 21:1.
