Challenge
Ideal Carehomes offer 24 hour, all-inclusive residential and dementia care through their network of care homes across the UK. They engaged with The SEO Works to drive more calls and registrations to their 16 care homes, working within their existing media budget.
Solution
By re-structuring an under performing account we were able to create more defined campaigns that targeted Ideal Carehomes key demographic. We focussed heavily on location-based marketing. Utilising advertising networks for search, remarketing, display and video allowed us to reach a larger number of potential customers who search in a variety of ways.
We continually refined the campaign performance with carefully planned bid adjustments, negative keywords and location adjustments. Improved text, image and video ads increased conversions, conversion rate and reduced conversion cost for all care homes.
Results
A 100% increase in click-through rate and a 157% increase in online conversions, all with a 42% decrease in ad spend. With the new approach we increased conversion rate by 339% whilst also reducing the cost per conversion by 76%.
