Ideal Carehomes offer 24 hour, all-inclusive residential and dementia care for care homes across the UK. They engaged with the SEO Works to drive more calls and registrations to their network of care homes, to decrease their cost per acquisition and increase conversion rates.

By re-structuring an under performing account we were able to create more defined campaigns, that targeted Ideal Carehomes key demographic.

We focussed heavily on location-based marketing. Utilising advertising networks for search, remarketing, display and video allowed us to reach a larger number of potential customers who search in a variety of ways.

Continually refining the campaigns with carefully planned bid adjustments, negative keyword refinement and improved ads helped increase conversion rate and reduce conversion cost for all care homes.
