Our client Tecex instructed us to create a much more visually appealing website, with custom designs and built with WordPress.

Solution

We engaged in an ‘SEO first’ approach to this web build project, starting with a significant SEO phase zero research piece to fully understand their target market and customer requirements. This approach fed into the full build project, keeping SEO performance in mind throughout.

Result

The new website was structured in a way that would significantly improve their ability to rank on Google for pertinent keywords, and had a far greater ability to convert the traffic into enquiries via high performing UX.

Shrewsbury High School is a vibrant, independent day school in the heart of Shrewsbury. They needed a new school website design to replace their old website that was a useful resource for pupils and parents alike.

Solution

We created a school website design that incorporated the a clean and modern look and feel, with functionality relevant to the individual needs of the school. With many students, parents and staff accessing the site on the go, a responsive school website design was required.

Challenge

The NHS North West Core Surgical Department oversees training in all of the recognised surgical specialities and is responsible for 637 surgical trainees across the Greater Manchester, Cheshire & Mersey and Cumbria and Lancashire Region. They recognised that to improve their training process, an online solution was required for their students.

Solution

The healthcare website design enables trainees to login and access educational material, a diary of events and a calendar of classes to help with their development as surgical staff. Learning modules offer a virtual classroom style approach with open discussions, feedback, scoring and ratings. The platform was developed to be mobile-responsive so that students could use the system wherever they are.

Result

This was the first website of its kind for surgical trainees to be rolled out as a standard level of educational resource for the UK trainees. Our partnership with the NHS has resulted in a large amount of time being saved within the Postgraduate Support team. We are currently developing our system to be utilised throughout the NHS, for all trainees to have this resource and a means of bettering their involvement, interaction and improvement as junior doctors.

Challenge

Heart Research UK launched Sing for your Heart as a way of raising awareness and highlighting the need for more research into heart disease. It was centred around Jaxon, a six-year-old boy with congenital heart disease, for which there is no cure. To help spread awareness Heart Research UK required a charity website focusing on the campaign and informing users how to get involved.

Solution

We created a charity web design, split into simple, clear sections of information about the campaign, how donations are used and how to get involved. As the campaign took place around Christmas time we created a web design that was winter themed but still incorporated Heart Research UK's colours and brand identity. This was updated to remove the winter theme as the campaign evolved. The site also allows selected videos to be easily uploaded and embed to the site in the featured videos section, and for users to download and use a charity Twibbon or Facebook frame to show support.

Result

The campaign has reached over 16 million people online and has featured support from celebrities such as Westlife, Pixie Lott, Davood Ghadami, Alesha Dixon and Piers Morgan.

Challenge

Innovation Chain North (ICN) is a framework for construction and associated professional services, and they engaged us for multiple projects to help transform the face of the framework.

Solution

The first project was the launch of a brand-new custom-built Wordpress ICN marketing website, and the most recent is a bespoke portal for the framework that will become the new home for supplier selection, tenders and all documentation for ICN.

Result

The marketing website helped develop the brand's image and create a more representative 'shop-front' for them going forward. As well as this, the portal will save hundreds of hours of work for both users and the client, by centralising multiple services into one easy to navigate place.

The Hair Alchemist are a small business offering luxury Russian hair extensions to clients based in Yorkshire. They needed a small business website design to help them stand out and get noticed, all on a strict budget.
