To improve rankings and traffic for the University of Sheffield’s hospitality and catering site. The campaign included targeting the very competitive area of wedding venues and catering.
Our approach was to select locally themed phrases with a high amount of intent in the searches. Given that the site was already very strong, our main focus was to improve the onsite content and make sure that the targeted key phrases were being mentioned enough across the whole site. As well as ensure local Google My Business listings were all consistent and accurate.
Modern SEO is very much based on good content and this was the basis for the success we had with this particular client.
